# Company M&A and Investment API

> Acquisitions, investments, acquirers, deal terms.

## Overview

The Company M\&A and Investment API returns the `mna_and_investment` section of a company as a standalone endpoint. Available on Subscription and Enterprise plans only.

* **Method:** GET
* **Endpoint:** `/api/v1/company/enrichment/mna_and_investment/{company}/`

## Authentication requirements

* Include a valid API key in the `x-api-key` request header.

## Request

### Request Parameters

#### Header Parameters

<ParamField path="company" type="string" required>
  Company website (e.g. `canva.com`) or a company UUID (e.g. `00031n-tesla`). The UUID can be obtained from the Company Search API.
